Sandy Kerkhove – Head of Operations
Sandy started her career as a KPMG bursary student followed by a few years as a financial accountant in various industries. She has a BCom in Accounting from the University of the North West and a Masters in Business Leadership from Unisa’s Graduate School of Business Leadership, majoring in strategy.
Having spent the last 13 years with the Naspers group in various capacities within McGregor BFA, Sandy has contributed to the growth of the company in roles ranging from content manager to CRM manager to sales and assistant general manager. During the last two years, Sandy has been Head of Operations at McGregor BFA.

Leon Brummer - Assistant General Manager McGregor BFA
Leon was employed by various companies in the private sector from 1962 to 1970 as an accountant and financial manager. In 1971 he joined the Faculty of the Graduate School of Management at the University of Pretoria, where he lectured in Corporate Finance and Investment Management.
From 1984 to 1988 Leon served as director of the Graduate School of Management. He was director of the Bureau of Financial Analysis at the University of Pretoria from 1991 to 2000 and is presently employed by McGregorBFA, which evolved from the bureau.

Shaun Schiffer – BA/Project Manager
Shaun is a Business Analyst and Project Manager at McGregor BFA, working with current financial product suites as well as in the development lifecycle of new product releases. Shaun’s passion is working with the latest software architecture and trends, and he has extensive fundamental and technical stock market-related knowledge.
When Shaun isn’t working, he can be found on the sports field where he gets to challenge himself outside the work environment.

Cindy-Leigh Ferguson - Compliance Manager at McGregor BFA
Cindy’s role within McGregor BFA is ensuring compliance with the JSE and International Exchange regulations and requirements. She also maintains relationships with contacts at the exchanges, and creates compliance awareness internally through training and advising on royalties, exchange regulations and the correct use of data.
Cindy was employed by McGregor BFA as the Head of Customer Relations, and has 12 years of experience in Relationship Management, four years in People Management and four years in Compliance with Regulatory Bodies.

Tanya van Heerden – Marketing Manager
Tanya has been with Media24 for over four years. She holds a BA Degree in Fine Arts and English, and finished first in class in Wits Business School’s Management Advancement Programme in 2010. Tanya is passionate about all things digital and is currently working towards becoming a certified usability analyst and improving her SEO knowledge. |
